College of Teacher Education Tripunithura started its journey in the year 1998. The college offers Bachelor of Education in five optional subjects - Malayalam, Sanskrit, Social Science, Physical Science and Mathematics. It is a matter of pride that CTE Tripunithura is the only institution which provides B.Ed. in SANSKRIT subject among the various B.Ed. Colleges under M.G. University and one among the threes in Kerala State.
